In the process of packaging box printing we will encounter the problem of inaccurate offset printing and overprinting, then we have to consider whether it is a problem of typesetting, because the emergence of such problems is basically a problem of typesetting.
The main part of the product with high overprinting accuracy requirements should be arranged in the gripper as much as possible when making the plate, because the paper is subject to the action of the embossing force of its width and the length of the two corners of the dragging tip will expand outward, the greater the pressure we apply, the more outward expansion will form a trapezoid, resulting in inaccurate overprinting.
Printing a small number of high-precision printing should be used to print a smaller size of paper, because the larger the sheet, the greater the amount of paper deformation caused by changes in water content and printing pressure.
Thicker paper to use less elongation of the fiber length direction along the cylinder axis to print, because the paper fibers are completely wetted, the increase in diameter is much greater than the increase in length direction.
Paper positioning on the offset press is determined by the front stop gauge and side stop gauge, the front stop gauge controls the position of the paper in the up and down direction, while the side stop rule is to control the position of the paper in the left and right direction. Theoretically speaking, the corner of the intersection of the mouth and side block rule should be very accurate position for overprinting. In our actual production, in order to avoid serious inaccurate registration on the opposite side of the side block rule, we should consider placing the product parts with high registration requirements in the middle part of the left and right direction of the paper.
